I want you to know that the price you are quoted is the price you pay.How Our Prices Are CalculatedBecause I come to you at your convenience—whether you are unable to leave your home, sick, at a hospital, a nursing facility, a jail, or a public location—the price changes based on several factors:

• Distance: Travel mileage.
• Time & Date: After-hours, weekends, or holidays.
• Conditions: Weather or special circumstances.

Standard Mobile Fee Structure:

• $100 Base Fee: Includes travel up to 15 miles.
• After 15 Miles: $2 per mile.
• Maximum Range: Up to 50 additional miles (100 miles max total) in Louisiana parishes.

Notarization Fees:

• $35 per Stamp: This includes the signature and the seal together for non-real estate planning documents.

Real Estate Planning DocumentsWhen it comes to real estate planning documents, the fees are different. Because these are custom documents that vary in complexity, please speak directly with the Notary assigned to your case to get a precise quote for these services.Important Booking Information

• Get an Estimate: Always ask for an estimate before obtaining services so you know exactly what to expect.
• Payment Policy: Full payment is due before any service is performed.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. There will be no refunds after placing an order.
